Terms of service

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms are written to be read. "We" means Just Email It, operated by Nate Meyers in Woodland Hills, Utah. "You" means the business that signs up. By paying for a plan you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

We design, build, host, and maintain a website for your business, and we make small updates to it when you ask by email. Every plan includes hosting, a security certificate (https), and backups.

2. What kind of website this is

Your site is an informational website: pages that tell people who you are, what you offer, and how to reach you. A typical site has up to 8 pages at launch. It can include photos, team bios, menus, price lists, PDFs, maps, contact details, and links or embeds for outside services you sign up for yourself, such as booking, scheduling, patient portals, online ordering, payment links, newsletters, or form tools.

These plans do not include building software. That means no online stores or shopping carts, no customer accounts or logins, no databases, no member areas, no custom forms that store data on our servers, no custom integrations between systems, and nothing that needs to process or store payments or sensitive personal information (including health information) on your website. If you want any of these, we'll tell you, and quote it separately or point you to a service that does it well.

3. Small updates by email

Your monthly plan includes unlimited small updates. A small update changes or adds to content on your existing site: text, photos, people, hours, prices, menus, services, links, announcements, and similar. One new page per week built from your existing page styles is also included.

These are not small updates: redesigns, new features, more than one new page in a week, writing large amounts of new copy from scratch, ongoing marketing or SEO campaigns, and anything listed as out of scope in section 2. We'll tell you before doing anything that isn't included, and we won't charge you for extra work you didn't approve.

Updates are meant for running your business, not as a way around the scope of the site. If requests are consistently far beyond what a normal small business website needs, we'll talk with you about it first.

4. How to send updates, and how fast

Email us from an address you've told us is authorized for your business. We may ask you to confirm a request, especially one that's large, unusual, or comes from an address we don't recognize. You can email any time, any day. Most updates are live within an hour; larger batches or requests we need to clarify can take one to three business days. These are goals, not guarantees.

5. Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you ask us to publish, such as prices, insurance plans, hours, credentials, and medical or legal claims, and for having the right to use any photos, logos, or text you send. We may decline to publish content that we believe is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is misleading. When we suggest wording, please read it before you rely on it.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices don't include applicable sales tax or Hawaiʻi general excise tax, which we add where required.

If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, we may pause updates; after 30 days we may take the site offline until the account is current.

7. Ownership and leaving

You own your business name, logo, the content you provide, and your domain name, which should be registered in your name. Once you've paid the setup fee or completed the $0 down minimum term, the finished website is yours: if you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your site's files and help point your domain to wherever you're going. Our own build tools and processes stay ours. Until then, we host the site and can take it down if the account is closed.

8. Availability

We host on reliable infrastructure and work to keep your site up, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable, and we're not responsible for outages at hosting providers, domain registrars, or the outside services you link to.

9. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost business or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending service

You can cancel by email, subject to any minimum term above. We can end service with 30 days' notice, or right away if you ask us to publish unlawful content or don't pay. Either way, section 7 applies.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll email you at least 30 days before a change that affects your plan. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
